Science inspired. Skin focused.

TiCure is developing first-in-class topical therapies for chronic skin diseases, connecting rare dermatology opportunities with larger inflammatory indications where patients still need safer long-term options.
Our Mission

fundamental
Shift in Skin Care

TiCure is advancing a new approach to skin-directed therapy by focusing treatment directly where disease occurs. Our investigational platform is designed to target disease-associated inflammatory pathways locally within affected tissue, with the goal of improving treatment precision, convenience, and long-term usability.

By combining targeted biology with practical topical delivery, TiCure aims to provide patients and physicians with more focused therapeutic options for chronic inflammatory skin diseases.

Transforming the Treatment of Skin Diseases

A Novel Skin-Directed Therapy for Mycosis Fungoides

TiCure is developing an investigational topical therapy for mycosis fungoides, the most common form of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. MF is often chronic and may require long-term skin-directed care, creating a need for treatments that are effective, tolerable, and practical for repeated use. TiCure’s drug candidate is designed to act locally within affected skin tissue and address disease-associated inflammatory pathways involved in the disease process. By focusing treatment directly where the disease appears, TiCure aims to support local disease control, improve treatment convenience, and reduce the need for more burdensome therapeutic escalation in appropriate patients.

A Practical Alternative for Psoriasis Care

TiCure is developing an investigational topical treatment for psoriasis, designed to work directly in affected skin and address disease-related inflammatory pathways. Unlike biologic therapies, which are typically injectable, costly, and mainly used for moderate-to-severe disease, TiCure’s approach is intended to provide a simple cream-based option for broader everyday psoriasis care. Unlike topical corticosteroids, which broadly suppress inflammation and may be limited by concerns with repeated long-term use, TiCure’s candidate is designed around a more selective biological approach. By combining targeted local activity with the convenience of a topical treatment, TiCure aims to offer patients a more focused, accessible, and practical long-term option.

A Dedicated Topical Approach for LPP Patients

TiCure is developing an investigational topical therapy for lichen planopilaris, a chronic inflammatory scalp disease that can lead to permanent hair loss. Current care often relies on topical or injected corticosteroids, and in more active cases, systemic anti-inflammatory or immunomodulatory drugs may be used. These treatments may help control inflammation, but they are often non-specific and may be difficult to maintain over time. TiCure’s approach is designed to act locally in affected scalp tissue and target disease-associated inflammatory pathways, with the goal of slowing disease activity while reducing reliance on broad steroid or systemic treatment. By combining targeted biology with the convenience of a topical therapy, TiCure aims to offer LPP patients a more focused and practical long-term treatment option.
